Well, now you can – the company Creative Home Engineering will, for just $10 Gs install one of a number of different hidden passageway doors in your house. Or, for the DIYer, you can pay $1500 for a kit that comes with all the pre-wired electronics and mounting hardware you’ll need.
If I ever get a house + a butt-load of money, I’m getting one of these bookcases!
The company’s website has a bunch of cool animations that show the various doors they can install, but it’s all flash-based 3d models (not video of actual, real-life installations). Pooh.
